How the boiler works

A boiler is basically a chamber in a package in which water is heated until the water is converted to steam at the desired pressure. Its fuel, which is basically coal, is burned in a furnace and then hot gases are produced.

These hot gases are in contact with the water chamber and the heat of these gases is transferred to the water and as a result steam is produced in the boiler.
